Hi Guys - Plan Check
I am really happy that I found this forum because it helps me to improve myself (not just physical). My girlfriend has a little more and even though she is sexually satisfied (book tip: “She Comes First” by Ian Kerner) some positions are more difficult or not enjoyable at all..
I read about jelqing some time ago and also tried it but never pursued it further.. It was the same for me with running, always too lazy and comfortable to do anything! I overcame this by creating a training plan to which I really stick to.
Now my hope is that this will work too with PE. The plan is based on the “Linear Newbie Routine”. Any comments on it? The stretches will be up-down-left-right-front.
My primary goal is more EL and EQ (that’s why I added the Kegels). I’m not sure yet on how often I should measure. Maybe every three weeks?
