What’s “stretching type jelquing”? How much total stretch are doing in a given day? Also, 40’ of jelq seems a bit too much for a newbie. Sum to this that in three weeks you can’t achieve any real gains.
Be patient and constant, and gains will (probably) come. But you have to think in terms of months or year.
