Hi guys I'm new to PE

The name is Rocky and I’ve been interested in Jelqing but never decided to partake in it. Honestly I thought it was a myth but now that I’ve started looking into it again and found this forum I’m definitely interested in trying it. I’m recently single and would like to maximize the potential of my member. I’ve never seriously measured my penis other than NBEL which is about 6.75”. I’m hoping to gain an inch and gain some girth. I’m 5” in in girth around my gland and base and about 4.9” in the middle. I would like to be 7.75” length and 6” girth. So I’m basically going for an inch in both ways. Would definitely like some pointers on which I should go for first. Thanks for any help and I’m glad to be apart of this.

Welcome to the forum.

It’s really worth starting with the Newbie Routine and continuing with it until it stops working for you. What you will need above all things are determination and a high boredom threshold.

Thank you for the advice guys I just did my first real routine today. I followed the newbie routine and it was great. I’m noticing my BP muscle is weak so that is something I need to work on. Would you say that a real heat pack works better than the sock and rice?

Welcome to the forum. I am new as well, I have been PE’ing for about 1.5 months now. I have been doing mainly stretching and jelquing and recently got a bathmate which I finish my routines with. I have gained 1/8in mid shaft girth and 1/4 in NBPEL. That equates to almost a 10% volume increase! I am also fresh out of a relationship and figured that this is a great time to really invest some time and effort into this pursuit.
