I am about 5.5 inch NBPEL (6 BPEL) x 5.1 inch girth in the middle shaft. What do you think about it, is it small or average?
The second think is, can you help me to make a routine for lengh (My goal is to gain about 0,2-0,3 inch)? What do you think about it:

1st, 3rd, 5Th day
Stretching x 1 minute x down,left,right,up, straight, rotation x 3 times
Jelq x fast (2-3 seconds on about 60-70% erection) x 10 minutes

2Nd, 4Th, 6Th day
Stretching x 1 minute x down,left,right,up, straight, rotation x 3 times
V-Stretching x 1 Minuit x 5 times

7Th day free

Please help me.

Welcome to the forum you are right in the normal range as size goes. Your routine looks ok although I would do the jelqing part with every workout and I would take two days off. Happy gaining:)

Do not you think that is not enough to gain? Shouldn’t`t I make more scratching or some other exercises? Is there any PE for lengh, better than scratching?

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Jelqing is good for length as well as for girth. For now concentrate on the newbie routine.
