hi there i’m sorry if this has been discussed. I was wondering if someone could post the exersises of beginner,intermediate and advanced? How long should i stay on the beginner? How many mins? Can you give me directions

If you go to the Newbie Forum main page you’ll find several threads “stuck” to the top of the list with yellow pushpins. Read those and you’ll have a good understanding of how long things take and what you should do first.
