Hi,can I ask for some advice

I`m Asian 18 yrs old,around 2 inch while flaccid and 4 when erect and have 5 inch girth.I have been PEing for 2 months,noticed that my penis become 3 inch while flaccid more often,though sometimes it still around 2 while routine is:
5 min warm up
5 min stretching
10 min jelqing
5 min warm up

When will I get my gains?my short term goal is 5 inch when erect and hopefully can get 6 inch asap.after that will PE for fun and to maintain having healthy penis.any advice?

Usually the first phase is just necessary to ‘condition’ the penis: to get used to pressure and exercises, to avoid skin annoyances (pinches, blisters,.) and so on.

Just take your time, and never try to rush to get immediate results - resulting in more or less serious injuries.
One day you’ll find out that hey! It’s working!

There is no “asap” in PE. It takes time and dedication.

You may need to increase your routine. Do 10 minutes of stretches and 20 minutes of jelqing.

Sorry,forgot to mention that my schedule is monday,tuesday,wednesday,friday,saturday on and thursday and sunday for rest.thx for the advice! Btw,jz measured that I hv gain 0.5 cm while really motivates me to keep PEing now!

Your goals are very realistic. This stuff does take time so don’t get discouraged.

Flaccid gain is a good sign.

I’m with WestLA; I suspect that it’s time for you to increase your routine.

However, I’m going to suggest that you go at it a little more gradually. Rather than jumping from five minutes of stretching to ten, and from ten minutes of jelqing to twenty, try adding just a minute or two to each. Do six minutes of stretching and eleven or twelve minutes of jelqing. Monitor your PIs, and measure again later - in a couple of weeks or a month.

The basic idea is to increase gradually until you reach an effective level, keep at that level while it’s working, and then increase gradually again when you plateau. At some point, you may want to add other techniques or devices to your routine, but members here have had success with basic stretching and jelqing, so don’t be in a hurry to do so. Those will always be waiting for you when you finally stop gaining from the basics.

Yup they’re right. I’m asian too and I know what you mean. It actually took me some time (6-7 months) before I saw any gains. Don’t try to rush it. Just enjoy the process:)
