Hi As Anybody Gain From A Routine Like This?
Hey guys I believe I’m one of those guys who can’t do the exercises for too much or too often. My dick gets fatigued really quick and I need at least a two days off without sex for my dick to get back to its normal flaccid state and a good EQ. Sometimes even 3 days off if I have to use my Johnson. I’m basing this on my EQ and flaccid state. I’ve been doing PE for a month now. I was conditioning and everything at first. All is pretty fine so far except the fact that my dick needs lots of rests. I don’t exercises too roughly but not light either. This was my routine before for 3 weeks jelqing at 20% EQ.
5mins warmup shower
5mins light stretches shower
50 to 100 jelqs (2grip=1jelq) shower soap
2mins very lights stretches shower
3-5 mins cool down shower
Edging 2/3 times a day
After the exercises my dick felt fatigued every time but not too much! I could still get hard 7.5-8/10 EQ but I always had troubles with EQ due to anxiety. My flaccid state is about 3.6”. After PE it goes to maybe 4.4 and it stays there for the rest of the day and most of the next one. Its almost an inch difference and the first month I ignored it as I liked it and kept a routine of 2 days on 1 day off.
My first gains came after 1 month after I took a break of 2 days. I gained 2 millimetres. Its nothing but its a gain and it is not EQ. I noticed my flaccid was back to normal size and I felt like something was working down there. It was like healing or something.
After the gains I tried a little bit of variation techniques for fun and to implement in a routine. I noticed stretching was as important as jelqing for me. Needed lots of warming up and 30% erection was the best I could give. I have to masturbate just to get hard before PE it helps me a lot keeping it big during exercises. But most importantly I think for me are rest days. Like I said my dick gets always longer and bigger after my exercises, my EQ does not get better nessesairly though after workout so I guess I need the rest. After 2/3 days of rest I get better and stronger erections though!
This is my routine now. I would like to know my chances of getting good results and if I should change something.
10+ warmup with hot cloth
3-5mins light stretching
2-5 mins hot cloth
7-8 mins stretching
2-4 sec 50-100 shower jelqs holding the base of my cock with an ok grip to keep the blood and the 30% erection
5 mins warm down shower
5-10mins warm down hot cloth
Edging during the day 2/3 times 20 mins sometimes less with ejaculation(still newbie)
Doing this 1 day 2/3 days off. Focusing a lot of my right corpus cavernosa as I have a slight natural bent
Is enough? Should I try one or two weeks off to start back at 1 day on 1 day off or should I train even though after 48hours rest? Should I do less jelqs?
Also can a natural curvature of the penis be fix? Also a smaller corpus compared to the other one can be exercises or is it pointless?
