I’m new to this place but not that new to PE. I started 2 years ago with 6.5 x 5.0 and now I am 8 x 6 but no gains in the last 6 months or so. Yeah right I’m stuck but want to continue getting bigger. Don’t ask me why :P
Any tips from the veterans to get off this plateau?

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)
Hey Snakebyte, welcome aboard :) .
To get rid of your plateau, take at least a month off. After that pickup your routine. Many guys have hit an plateau and have got rid of it this way. You shouldn’t worry about cementing your gains, the last 6 months have taken care of that.
