Hi all

Howdy all, New here, Hope all is well!, To start: I’ve being doing kegels now for maybe 2-3 weeks whenever I get time or remember etc Sticking to a 30seconds x 3 with 30second gaps plus several flutter ones at every other 10/5 seconds,

Now what about if I hold it for a really long time? I.e 2-3minutes? After trying it certainly feels like the muscle has been well working! And certainly doesn’t feel bad at all But is this to much? Or am I good to try for 5minutes or so?

There shuld be no harm in kegaling for a while. But you jut have to listen to your body and make sure there is no loss of ED , or any soreness.

ALthough I would prefer to do sets of 20 and crunch them fairly hard. I do that in all my gym sessoins (but use a lower weight) and it gives me a good workout with gains.

Sorry, felt childish.

It is a muscle that you are using to kegel, don’t over-do it. Try to up the intensity, the strenght and duration of kegels rather than upping the amount all the time. If you can hold a 30 second kegel with nice squeeze (when you’ll feel your BC muscle is fully contracted), then you should start doing 6-10 repetition sets with couple minutes break.

If you feel like you can do a kegel of several minutes, you are not getting it contracted fully enough. You might need to work on getting better muscle control, so that you can really feel the squeeze.
When I hold a hard squeezed kegel, I feel like I am about to ejaculate if I hold it longer than 30 seconds.

Heh, well, I’d answer your other questions as well but I don’t really have experience on that. I’ve heard of the idea of reverse kegels to hold out orgasm and keep going but never felt the need to practice it. It is more common for me to not come thru intercourse anyways.

Ah, I actually have another question to add! I’m fairly sure I read on here somewhere? About someone being able to cum during a blowjob by holding the kegel the whole time? Does it really cut down your waiting time? Have you ever tried that? As I’ve NEVER :’( been able to cum from a blowjob and let me tell you .It sucks!. Proper hate it and the gf has pretty much given up on it, But I think if I could manage it by holding a kegel id surprise the hell outta her!

Not the whole time, but kegeling and therefore pumping more blood in and therefore making it a tighter fit has made it easier for me to come.

Well, I love blowjobs, always have. One girl can make me come in 30 seconds if I don’t purposely hold it back, while the other cannot get it done even if we’d have the whole night and YES, we have tried.

Ah, Hopefully I’ll get better! Do you practice solo? When you get to the point onr do you carry on and shot a small bit while reverse kegeling then carry on regardless to see how well you can/could hold back your shot when with a women who probably won’t stop for you to calm down OR do you hold back till you’ve calmed then carry on?

There is something called “point of no return” and when people try this stuff out they usually start to reverse kegeling too late; when they sure are going to cum anyways. Basically for me it is enough to restrain myself from INVOLUNTARILY kegeling, what we all do during masturbating and sex, by lightly reverse kegeling (which is purposely relaxing the muscle) when I start feeling a bit too good. I have to be sharp about that or I might start to go softer and then I need to start kegeling again to get 100% rock hard again. It is about balance and maintaining the right point of arousal before the point of no return and you can do that only by trial and error, learning your own body.

Stopping is okay! Don’t worry about that. Just find other stuff to do while doing so, like getting glass of water for you and her if you need to take a longer break to not come and after you’ve calmed, start again, with kissing and everything, turning her on again. She’ll most likely love that.
