So I’ve been wandering for a couple of months and have decided it’s time to start. Beginning on April 1st I’ll start with newbie exercises and will stick to them for three months so I get my penis conditioned for a heavier routine to which I’ll stick for six months the least (year’s end).

I quit masturbating a couple of days ago and my idea is to measure on the 27th (after more than a week of no porn/no touching to ensure a raging erection), then after masturbation, and then do some kegels and measuring again the next day. I’d then have a final measure on the 31th (effectively skipping two days) so I get a good picture of possible variations, as well as to perfect my measuring technique and have a solid starting point. At this point I’d like to create a thread in the progress area with a picture included.

I want to leave a well documented (pictures included) case in which I hope to get some gains and help ease the hesitation of people who come and can’t find a lot of graphic proof. However I need a bit of help from you to ensure a proper start.. This are the things that concern me and would love if anyone could help me out.

A) I’m really interested in increasing girth. As far as I can tell girth exercises usually are heavier on the penis than length ones, so I need help on what to do or what to change from the newbie routine so that I am better conditioned for girth exercises by the end of the newbie period.
B) I believe I’m about 6.5” NBP in length (we will see, but I think I’m around that) so I really would like to avoid a length increase of more than 0.5” max… I am not interested right now in being bigger than 7” NBP.. If I find a wife in the future who thinks a longer penis would be a good idea then I maybe could work on that. No interest right now, though.
C) I am uncut, so I’d appreciate any tips you may have for me with this one.

First preliminary measurement is up:
6.3” NBPEL
6.7” BPEL
4.7” MEG
5.5” BEG

Later today I’ll get myself a proper, rigid ruler and a soft tape (used a roll tape now) and try again a couple of times. Then follow the rest of the plan!

I could not jelq and not masturbate straight after. Jelqing makes me too horny. I always have a 30 minute edging session after jelqing.

Either the first measurement was flawed or the tension resulting of over a week of no touch played a role here. I’ll go out now and buy a proper rigid ruler to make the final measurements before starting on tuesday.

@thndrdwnunder: I read in a survey that masturbating after sessions can hurt the gains, so I’ll try to avoid that.. but who knows

Any tips on the points mentioned in the first post are welcomed!

Welcome and take it slow. Start w/ the newbie routine and don’t do things like erect jelqing for several months at least.

Oh, and I’m envious of your fat pad. I’m working on mine though.

I did extensive reading on the topic and I don’t believe that to be true.

Oh, just realise you edged. According to the study the relationship exists between ejaculation and gains, not masturbation itself. Here it is in case you want to read it http://www.pegy m.com/articles/ … -survey-results

I realise many people don’t trust pegym but the data itself looks legit and they aren’t blowing anything out of proportion.

Third preliminary measurement is up… kind of a mixed bag
While lying down, penis pointing to the ceiling and ruler parallel to it, as close as possible
6.65” BPEL
6.26” NBPEL

While standing up, lowering the erection level to 90º
6.81” BPEL
6.41” NBPEL

Measured many times and the results were consistent with the position. Girth stayed the same however I positioned myself.
4.72” HSEG
5.12” MSEG
5.51” BSEG

Boy would I love to increase that head girth! Time will tell…
I did this one with my definitive set of tools. A taylor tape and a rigid ruler.
