Hi again Thunders! Getting ready to start, please help.
So I’ve been wandering for a couple of months and have decided it’s time to start. Beginning on April 1st I’ll start with newbie exercises and will stick to them for three months so I get my penis conditioned for a heavier routine to which I’ll stick for six months the least (year’s end).
I quit masturbating a couple of days ago and my idea is to measure on the 27th (after more than a week of no porn/no touching to ensure a raging erection), then after masturbation, and then do some kegels and measuring again the next day. I’d then have a final measure on the 31th (effectively skipping two days) so I get a good picture of possible variations, as well as to perfect my measuring technique and have a solid starting point. At this point I’d like to create a thread in the progress area with a picture included.
I want to leave a well documented (pictures included) case in which I hope to get some gains and help ease the hesitation of people who come and can’t find a lot of graphic proof. However I need a bit of help from you to ensure a proper start.. This are the things that concern me and would love if anyone could help me out.
A) I’m really interested in increasing girth. As far as I can tell girth exercises usually are heavier on the penis than length ones, so I need help on what to do or what to change from the newbie routine so that I am better conditioned for girth exercises by the end of the newbie period.
B) I believe I’m about 6.5” NBP in length (we will see, but I think I’m around that) so I really would like to avoid a length increase of more than 0.5” max… I am not interested right now in being bigger than 7” NBP.. If I find a wife in the future who thinks a longer penis would be a good idea then I maybe could work on that. No interest right now, though.
C) I am uncut, so I’d appreciate any tips you may have for me with this one.
