Hgh

Can anyone answer wether or not HGH can help penis enlargement ?

If anyone has a suggestion to make for HGH naturally please do .

If HGH worked for penis enlargement, it would be all over Thunder’s Place by now. But it isn’t. And I believe there are plenty of guys here who know about HGH.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

HGH can do a lot of great things. Unfortunately, growing your dick isn’t one of them.

I am using a device for stretching for about three months with normal results , can HGH or anything else in that case do anything to help refill the penis cells witch spreads quicker .

Make your own HGH? You could either fast for 24hrs and increase HGH over 1,000% or get your hand on a lot of pregnant women’s urine.

Low levels of insulin spike HGH to use stored glycogen and triglycerides for chemical energy in the body.

Leangains.com It’s in there, look it up.

Insulin is extremely anabolic though.

Insulin is only anabolic when muscles can take in and use glycogen. Any other time it just goes towards storing sugar in the liver or adipose fat cells.

Think of insulin as the paddy wagon for dangerous blood sugars, which tear up blood vessels if they spike too high and remain in the blood stream for too long.

What you mean with that?

By the way, by what I kno when insulin is low the body enters a catabolic state, so a low insuline isn’t good for healing and growing I think.

Catabolic state? Are you talking about using fat for fuel and dipping into the amino acid pool and liver’s glycogen stores to refuel and repair muscle with temporary fasting… or some broscience nonsense about eating every few hours or your muscles will magically melt away? Because the muscle magazines and fitness concepts take real science and turn it into scare tactics. You could literally try to starve yourself for a few days and not burn up your muscles or see any dip in resting metabolic rate. You would need a few days an a marathon to do that!

Dude look this stuff up.

So your reply to what I said consists of calling it ‘broscience’. I suppose I could reply in the same way and this would be very civil and productive.

No. I asked you which part about catabolism and fasting you were talking about. The broscience part about muscle wasting if you skip breakfast or what science has to say about how HGH, one of the most anabolic hormones in the body, is used in the absence of food. Which one is it?

Guys, focus please. In my case does it it help or not? Is there anything else that will help?

Insulin inhibits muscle protein breakdown; low levels of insulin, high breakdown.
