So I just decided tonight I was going to start PE’ing intensely.. Not overly intense since I am new but you know what I mean. I whipped out a ruler tonight and was happy to see I had gained something like a .5” since I had started. It never seemed like I had a 6” penis, I always thought it was 5” but the ruler does not lie. It looks so much bigger on a ruler.. What the hell haha. I never officially took any stats, but I now am going to be pushing for my goals.. In my signature. I just wanted to say hey to the community and hope I can some day be up there with the big guns.

I have been getting these small blood spots on my penis after jelqing though, I did not think I was doing it that hard before but now that I look back at it I definitely was. It felt like more blood was getting through, but I guess I was just straining myself. I took a week or two off to let myself heal and it did go away. Everytime I seem to jelq though I get these spots and there seems to be more.. I’m guessing it is sort of like a burst blood vessel? Well I will start jelqing much easier now.. The video tip area is confusing because that guy is jelqing really hard.

Another thing.. When flexing your PC muscle is it fine if you are flacid the entire time or do you get better results when you are hard? It’s much more convenient when your flacid, definitely, but I just don’t feel like it is doing anything.

Oh yeah I just figured out I have a LOW Lot at around 6:00.. Well there is still slight tugback but nothing compared to the higher angles. This means I should be stretching up and trying to get the tunica? What things in the Newbie Routine should I alter to fit this Lot?

Ignore your LOT. It’s of no consequence. Just do the basic newbie routine with no variations.


Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

I used to get those spots too. I don’t think they are anything to worry too much about. I actually interpreted them as a sign of a good workout. A warm wrap would usually take care of them for me.

Yeah stick with the newbie routine you need to get your penis conditioned. As far as exercises the PC muscle it doesn’t matter either way. Which ever one you like better. Doing kegeling while erect is mainly used for clamping which is an advance girth exercise.


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

Yeah well I’ve known about kegels for a long time now—probably since I was 13 that was 6 yrs ago. I kind of figured out jelqing a while ago on my own and looked it up, but there was nothing I could find like this. I had read up on it refered to “milking” but I never thought it would work so I didn’t pursue it. Wow, I wish I would have 6 yrs into it and I should have been plenty huge by now. Oh well what can you do :D . Anyways, I started the Newbie Routine in college, but I never had enough time alone in my dorm room.. It doesn’t work out well when someone lives 5 feet away from you. I guess that was in April. I have been doing it on and off since then, I suppose I should just keep up with it?

Also edging (AKA ballooning), which is a much more ‘advanced’ exercise but not dangerous like clamping.

The Newbie Routine is a fierce routine in its own right; it’s not The ‘conditioning’ routine. If the Newb. Rout. gives you gains there ain’t no need to change or add anything new. You can milk the Newbie Routine for months if the heat and de-conditioning breaks are there. De-conditioning is what you want - conditioning is overrated.
