Hi people! I have been doing PE for a couple months now. Things are goin a lil slow but seem to be going good. I have made .2 inch progress on NBPEL and .1 inch progress :D since I started

.I just have a question about flaccid length if anyone can answer

When I work out, my penis shrinks incredibly and when I touch, it feels very cold. I have done some research on this and apparently it’s because the blood is going to other muscles in the body that need it (so I’ve heard). I wouldn’t be so worried about it but when I wear athletic shorts, it makes a small bump, which is very embarrassing. But is there anything I can do to fix this? Are they any foods I can eat that can help my circulation?

Water, fish oil, garlic…water.

It’s just natural, though. Not much you can do about it.

I had this problem but then I started exercising a lot and I think that has really improved the blood flow. I hope that helps.

Firegoat-rolls and lots of massage to keep the blood flowing.
