Hey, semi-newbie here
This is a great site, I found it a few weeks ago and have read a lot. Great resource. I ended up sending back the ProSolution scam pills without opening them because of this forum.
I’m kinda of a newbie, I read about penis exercises like 3 years ago and have done some on and off. The Jelq I have always liked and done on a somewhat regular basis, it actually feels healthy to push blood through the corpora carverosa. Think it got me a little too thick though, almost 7” in the middle.
I’ve been doing stretching exercises for the last few weeks after checking out the videos. Basically my routine is some simple streches in all directions, a few full 360 rotation stretches (clockwise and counterclockwise) and V streches (regular and inverted). I’m adding the BTC stretch to my routine but I think that’s it. I do not feel too comfortable with non-manual streches and want to keep it all manual and natural. I do them about 5 days a week.
Would be great to get some advice about a manual stretch program because I’m kinda doing it without any set workouts, just some exercises whenever I have some time at night. I want to gain 1-1.5 inches in length but no more than that. I still do some Jelqs almost every night but try to keep it under control.
