Well if you go to the bathroom 40 to 50 times a day you might have a shot.
I truly think there is no way anyone here would know how long it would take and if it is possible for you.
We are all different in the way we gain. In those 2 minutes are you pulling with all your might and holding for a solid 2 minutes. Or are you just barely tugging for a couple seconds at a time.

I am sure people have gained 1 inch plus from only manual stretching. They are probably semi-permanent. Most people will probably need to do a maintenance routine or lose some of their gains. The routine you are talking about might be enough to maintain gains. However, again it is impossible to know the future.

A complete change of mindset. Instead of looking at what you can accomplish with the minimum effort, you should either attack it or just not start.
PE takes commitment. Like most things in life.
