Hey people

I have a question

I’m 18 and I’m 5 inches I need an inch in length and that’s about it

I was thinking about doing basic stretching with no warm Up whenever I go to the bathroom for about 2 minutes each time

Would I gain an inch doing that and how much would it take on average

And has anyone gained an inch in length by doing only stretching and are the gains permanent?

Any tips and ideas?

You are going to have to figure out a way to do a lot more then 2 minutes at a time.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Well i have gained an inch , but i don’t think you will with your current attitude please try to change it ..

First off you need to do warm up.
“Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others”-Firegoat.
Warm ups/down and kegels are very very important .

Start out with the newbie routine do this for at-least 2 months you will definitely make some newbie gains ,If by some chance you don’t gain don’t worry about it i will help you out i didn’t gain from the newbie routine, this routine is to just to prepare your penis for advance exercises ,so do this properly take it easy and slow then you will surly gain.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

What did I do?

Least amount of time you can spend on PE would be.
5 min warm up. Take a towel/wash cloth soak it in warm water ,wrap it on to your penis .
6min of basic stretching in all six direction.
8min of Jelqing .
A shower would be enough for a cool down. this would be the minimalistic PE routine.

2days on 1 day off

You think you will gain if you just do 2 min of PE whenever you go to take a piss , those are called as piss-pulls here. those are mainly done just to get flaccid hang that’s about it.

I used to think just like you but it doesn’t work that way you will need to give PE some time everyday. just do that above routine 2 days on 1 day off

Just do the above routine for a few weeks then let’s see what happens , I am telling you right now you will not gain an inch in few days. it might take 3 months or 6 months or 1 year to gain an inch everyone is different .

Can i stop PE?

Without losing what I gained?

Are the results permanent?

Look the results are permanent but you need to cement you gains.

Example = think that you have reached your gains that is 6 inches ,now to make this permanent you have to cement your gains that is done by doing PE even after you have reached your goal . Basically if you want to cement your gains to 6 inches then do PE until you reach like 6.5 inches then you penis would have cemented the gains to 6 inches.

And would I still grow naturally without PE

Well if you go to the bathroom 40 to 50 times a day you might have a shot.

I truly think there is no way anyone here would know how long it would take and if it is possible for you.

We are all different in the way we gain. In those 2 minutes are you pulling with all your might and holding for a solid 2 minutes. Or are you just barely tugging for a couple seconds at a time.

I am sure people have gained 1 inch plus from only manual stretching. They are probably semi-permanent. Most people will probably need to do a maintenance routine or lose some of their gains. The routine you are talking about might be enough to maintain gains. However, again it is impossible to know the future.

I didn’t gain after 18 but again we are all different. Again I don’t think anyone here could answer that question.

A complete change of mindset. Instead of looking at what you can accomplish with the minimum effort, you should either attack it or just not start.
PE takes commitment. Like most things in life.
