First of all 5 3/8 is not really that small. What is your girth? From my experiances so far, the girth I have gained is more of a pleasure for my wife than the length. Don’t worry about this “stuff” working for you, just take it slow and easy for a while and follow the newbie routine and the majic will begin. Oh, welcome to Thunders.

hey, wassup, welcome to the club. I’ve been doing this stuff for about 3 weeks now and I can definately say that if nothing else, your meaty member becomes a lot more active from all these excersizes.

Welcome :) I’m a newbie too, but I’m seeing some result already (it’ll be 2 weeks on Thursday). I personally find that I’m horny a lot more, I would attribute that to the kegels but I’d been doing kegels way before I started PE so I don’t know. Good luck with your progress. Just remember, slow and controlled. Nothing worth having is easily attained.
