Hey just getting started on pe
Hello the other day I found out about the jelqing method and want to see if it will work for me.
I’m going to start off with a simple routine
5min warm wash cloth warm up
10 min jelq
5 min warm wash cloth warm down
Should I incorporate more exercises into the routine?
Should I do it everyday?
Should I increase the amount of time I jelq after a few days?
