Hey just getting started on pe

Hello the other day I found out about the jelqing method and want to see if it will work for me.
I’m going to start off with a simple routine

5min warm wash cloth warm up
10 min jelq
5 min warm wash cloth warm down

Should I incorporate more exercises into the routine?

Should I do it everyday?

Should I increase the amount of time I jelq after a few days?

I’m also a newbie, but have researched PE a lot and have been doing it for a month now.

In my opinion, you should definitely add some stretching to your routine, even though you are just starting. Also it’s a great idea to do not 10 mins of jelq, but just 5 and add 5 minutes more of, say, ULI’s. You have to variate. In that way you will not get bored with it and find out what works best for you. The choice of exercises of course depends on what you want to gain most. I have started for one month ago and gained 0.5cm (0.2’) in length and 0.5cm in girth. This was my routine at the beginning of the month:

4min: Warm-up
5min: Power stretch
5min: V-stretch
5min: Jelq
4min: ULI’s or Jelq and Hold
5min: Warm-down

I would advise you to do PE every other day during the first month (I.e. 1 day on, 1 day off.); during the next month 2 days on, 1 day off; and finally at the beginning of the third month switch to 3 days on, 1 day off. It is because you have to start out very slowly, with short routines and work your way up to longer ones. Otherwise, if you overdo it, you might hurt yourself, which can cause complications with your erection, etc..

What I do when it comes to the time I spend on each exercise is that I increase it (my routine consists of four exercises: 2 for length and 2 for girth and glans growth) by 30sec every week.

So far it works. :)

Carry on with your routine.
Try incorporating kegels to it though. Go for a 50 to 100 kegels a day.
Also try to make a single jelq last for 5 seconds.

Check your P.I and E.Q after 3 weeks, if everything is great or more than great incorporate the stretching to your program.

Do your routine 2 days on and 1 off, if you see that you are getting negative P.Is try doing them 1 on and 1 off.

After a 3 weeks try increasing your time by 5 minutes and stay there for at least 2 months. Remember you will incorporate stretching as well to your routine.

P.E is a marathon not a race. Growth does not happen overnight!

Can you explain how to do a kegel? I looked for it in the wiki pages, but it didn;t tell me exactly how to perform it.

Locate it by either trying to stop your peeing or you can “wave around” with your penis while erect. In both cases you use the same (BC) muscle.

Exercise that muscle by contracting it for few seconds and than releasing.

Why don’t you start with the Best Routine of All Times.

And for the kegel, try this article. And you can use the search function to search the forum, if you couldn’t find what you want in the wiki.

When you try stopping the flow of your urine, try consiously noting what muscle you have contracted to perform this action. Once you have done that, try exercising that muscle when the penis is limp. Once that is done, try getting an erection and contract that same muscle.

Or,

Get an erection and try to wiggle your penis without moving your body, you’ll notice you are using the same muscle you contracted when blocking the flow of your urine.

Or,

Get an erection and try to make the glans of your penis become bigger without touching your penis, you’ll notice you are using the same muscle you contracted when blocking the flow of your urine.

Is it when you push to make the cum come out and your penis goes up?

Yes very much so but you’ll find out once you get used to that exercise that with a contraction of your kegel muscle, the sperm will not come out and that your penis will “go up”.

How big of an erection should I have?

Some people will kegel with a 100% erection others while flaccid and some anywhere between 0-100 %.

Also you will notice that if you keep contracting your P.C muscle while erect, you will either lose some of your erection strength (i.e your erection will subside) and if you are having intercourse, you will come quicker.
