Hey guys, I just joined recently and this is my first post. I’ve been quite shy about doing PE but I kinda want to make a commitment now (obviously my first time doing this) . Can anyone give any suggestions any full routines that may help me with my gains? And approximately how long does it take to start seeing results? Is there perhaps any special diets that would be beneficial?? ( sorry for the stupid question, just curious)

Hi T00Late, welcome to the forum.

Start with the newbie routine and stick to it for 3 months, this is necessary to condition your penis. No one can predict when you gain, there are to many factors involved with that. You don’t need a special diet, although having nearly no fat pat gives you a bigger NBPEL.

My only suggestion is don’t overdo it. The penis is not a muscle but it will respond like one with regards to growth - overdoing it causes nothing but harm. Even if you think you aren’t gaining - you are. Doing it more won’t make it go faster and will just increase the risk.
