Hey I'm new to the Forums
Hey guys, I just joined recently and this is my first post. I’ve been quite shy about doing PE but I kinda want to make a commitment now (obviously my first time doing this) . Can anyone give any suggestions any full routines that may help me with my gains? And approximately how long does it take to start seeing results? Is there perhaps any special diets that would be beneficial?? ( sorry for the stupid question, just curious)
