Hey I'm new here and would love some advice.

The shortest, lowest intensity routine that produces gains will yield the most gains long-term.

Yes I have found it, well I would say medium intensity, that I know will produce results as long as I stay consistent. I have settled on 500 squeeze base jelqs with two 2 minute horse squeezes in between every 100 SBJ’s ( squeeze base jelqs ) I rotate squeeze hand and jelq hand every 25 reps. Seems like a recipe for girth, 35 minutes of jelqing 20 minutes of horse squeezing, so with edging it will take me about an hour and 15 miutes to a an hour and 30 minutes. Might rest if needed and might do less if time becomes and issue. What do you all think about this?

I can say you are aiming for a thickness as you are already big in length but I guess if you work of length too you might end getting few measures on girth, good luck and good gains

Thanks for the advice man. I don’t stretch. When I want more hardness I will stretch with hands and ADS, till then I’m kegeling and aiming for girth only.

Yes I did somewhat as I have stated I wasn’t consistent, but I’m sure the PE I did do conditioned me enough to handle my current routine because I have gained and my EQ is awesome I can ejaculate three times in a two or three hour period, I can get another erection almost instantly after ejaculation and can almost keep an erection going after ejaculation. EQ is wonderful. Waste of time and I wouldn’t recommend spending all that time doing so, but I have done this a couple times. Edging is a big part of my routine, sometimes more then I would like, but self discipline has to be learned and edging is really good feeling, addicting yes. PE is also something I think is genius.

Good morning peeps can this become my progress log here?

I gained both length and girth from 5 minutes of moderate stretching and 40 standard jelqs. Obviously my routine is a lot more intense now, but still not as intense as yours : )

Yeah I guess my penis is a beast lol, my EQ is great I wake up with a thicker feeling penis than usual and as of lately I don’t PE in the morning, I wait till mid afternoon, because of recent unemployment, been on an employment rollercoaster lately, but have my hopes up. Anyways Yeah it’s intense because I want to gain as I did, The 1/8th I have gained came from less then that, I wasn’t counting reps but I know for sure it was less reps and more edging mixed in with random squeeze base kegel jelqs. They give safe expansion and it seems about right for me to gain. Hoping for the best. How much girth have you gained Sophmoric?

I’ve gained 0.6 inches of girth in roughly three years. My routine has suffered from inconsistency as a lot of people’s have or I believe I’d have gained more.

My routine:

60 minutes hanging at 4lb, 5x a week

3 x 5 minute sets of clamping 5x a week

60 Jelqs 1 on 1 off (weirdly it’s jelqing that drops my EQ and seems to be responsible for the majority of my growth)

Wow thats good, I have seen people claimimg 1 inch girth gain in 3-4 months, that would be sweet, even a half inch in that time would be great. I’m blessed with a strong penis man. I havent been consistent, that 1/8th inch girth gain came in april, and I was inconsistent until 9/1/2011 of this year and still I have PE almost everyday but I get caught up with edging and don’t follow through with my routine, wether it be reps or intensity, but I am glad to say I have been getting better with amount of reps. I’ll be happy if I reach 5.5 mseg within 6 months. I will be pushing my penis to the limits because I know what it can handle. Rest is only when absolutely necessary otherwise, rest that is not necessary gives the penis time to adapt to the stress and thats why inconsistency means less gains. Don’t over do it and if you under do it then try doing another session before bed. If you wake up in the morning and your penis isnt feeling like you wanna have intercourse or masterbate or PE then wait till later in the day, excercise, go to work, and make new friends, but I believe in the beginning consistency and finding the right routine where you notice your penis is feeling different and better, then your in the right track. Congratulations.

Heres a great tip… The next time you’re ready to pe take 5 min to stretch out your back, rub your stomach and lower back from top towards the bottom, and rub your pubic mound muscles. You’ll notice a little extra blood flow without using arginine. It also doesnt hurt to prepare your hands and stretch your fingers.

Dude wow I never thought about that I’m gonna look up some hand and finger stretches online to reduce cramping, I go the gym but that doesn’t do anything for my hands and fingers or at least I think it don’t. Yeah I’m active at MOS too and DLD has something he does called the Alpha Jelq where he pushes blood from his stomach to his groin area, go look it up if you would like to. Anways thanks for the tip man I will get right on it.

Does anybody know how many posts till I can post in the routines and logs sections ?
