So, I had a thrombosed vein for a few weeks and completely stopped all PE. However as of yesterday I am healed and ready to get back to business. I want to show you all my routine to get started back into it and see what you think.

-10 minutes warm up with rick sock
-Edge for 10 minutes
-100 dry jelqs alternating hands after every ten, on each “10th” jelq I kegel as much as possible and jelq slowly up the shaft for about 10 seconds whereas the normal jelqs are about 3-4 seconds each
-Edge for 10 more minutes

After this I wear a “make-shift” cock ring, its really just a large hair tie, for about 2-3 hours, the first hour of which I keep consistent heat applied with a rice sock.

I did this exercise once yesterday morning at around 8 am and once this morning at around the same time. I can already feel an increase in general hardness during erections, in addition I had fantastic sex about 5 hours after my workout this morning and my erection was as good as ever. My goal once I get conditioned again is to go solely for girth so I would appreciate any info on girth centered routines. I have had more than a year of PE experience already so I am really just getting back into the swing of things.

Edging is a form of orgasm control. Lazy boy I am I allow myself to quote some Wikipedia (topic: orgasm control)

“Orgasm control requires a degree of skill. It requires enough familiarity with either a partner or one’s own responses to be able to vary the intensity and the timing of the stimulation accurately. If there is too little stimulation, or if it is reduced too soon, the experience is not as intense as it could have been. If there is too much stimulation, a person may pass the point of no return and orgasm will inevitably occur.”
So edging means to stimulate yourself or to be stimulated just beyond “the edge to the point of no return” for as long as possible.

In PE, edging is used to keep the penis as pumped up with blood as possible in order to produce maximum pressure from the inside.
It can be mixed with external techniques (pumping, clamping, manual exercises) for even greater effect.

Edging itself (usually done by masturbating) is a basic and harmless technique which especially helps to gain more stamina in bed (my personal belief).
Combined with other techniques (especially clamping) it certainly is a technique rather recommended for the experienced PE fellows only as the risk of injury is bigger too.

The edging before really helps my erection throughout my workout, I generally jelq between 70 and 90 percent erection though I am starting off a little lower just now, the higher erection level feels really good for my girth. Doing the edging afterwards feels like it is really solidifying the advances I make (however diminutive) each workout.
