Hiya all,

I am new here so just thought I would let you know what I am doing.

I have been doing some PE here and there for the last month and tomorrow am going to start properly.

My starting stats are: (I don’t know what all the short hand terms are so bare with me)

Floppy: 3 and 1/4 inch Length + 4 and 1/4 inch Girth

Erect: 5 and 3/4 inch Length + 5 and 1/4 inch Girth

My goal is to be 7 inch Length and 6 inch Girth

I am going to be doing Memento’s plan as follows without the Horse 440.

Morning session
5-10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
20 min long hold inverted v-stretch
5-10 min warm wrap (washcloth)

Evening session
10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
15-20 min 80-90% jelq with 1-2 30 sec hold Horse 440 squeezes every 5 mins
2-5 min 30 sec hold horse squeezes mixed with sadsak head exercise mod
10 min warm wrap (washcloth)

4 hours min break between sessions. Sessions Monday to Friday with weekend off.

Erect: 7.625" BPEL and 4.875" EG BPFSL: 8.063 Short Term Goal: 7.75" x 5 Long Term Goal: BP 8.5 x EG 5.75

I would suggest drop the Horse and sadsak for the time being, and replace it with jelq. Once you have do it consistently for about 3-4 months, then you may add the advance exercise following the Mem’s routine.

I suggest the newbie routine for a month longer before getting into the horse 440 and sadsack slinky.

Jelq slower 3-5 seconds build up to 5-10 seconds and beyond that 10-20 seconds.

Kingpole - When you say jelg for 3-5 seconds do you mean take 3 - 5 seconds to get the the glans from the base? And build it up to 20 seconds to reach the glans? So I take it the longer the one stroke jelg the better/more effective?!

Also, how tight should I be doing the OK grip?

Don’t know how much you’ll want to take this in as I’m barely into PE myself.

I believe Kingpole means 3-5 sec from the BASE to GLANS, not the other way around. I’ve been increasing jelq time to 5 sec, and I really feel it.

I started out erring on the side of caution with my grip, and over a few weeks found a tightness that worked for me. You can’t go wrong with starting out light.

1. How tight should I do the OK grip when Jelging? The tighest I can do it?
2. Does it matter if I swap jelging techniques every 5mins due to my hand starting to hurt? I.e. Start of with the ok grip, then change to the overhead ok grip and then change to the two handed C method etc?
3. When streching, should I roll back the foreskin and secure the OK grip right under the glans and pull forward using the ridge of the glans? Also, where should I feel the stretch?
4. What are you trying to achieve when jelging? Is it pushing blood to the glans?

Am no expert, but I’ll try my best to answer your questions.

1. How tight should I do the OK grip when Jelging? The tighest I can do it?

Yes and no. As long as you can feel the blood moving towards the glans, it’s ok. I used to grip tight because I have a baseball-bat shape.

2. Does it matter if I swap jelging techniques every 5mins due to my hand starting to hurt? I.e. Start of with the ok grip, then change to the overhead ok grip and then change to the two handed C method etc?

It doesn’t matter, you can switch hands, and switch the way you grip, like standard OK, U-grip, C-grip, or whatever you feel good.

3. When streching, should I roll back the foreskin and secure the OK grip right under the glans and pull forward using the ridge of the glans? Also, where should I feel the stretch?

I assume you are uncut, like me. Then the answer should be yes, roll back. When you stretch upward/forward, use the other hand to press the upper shaft, it should be very tight/hard like a steel, it means you are stretching the tunicae. Stretching downward/left/right, you may feel kind of hurt (not pain) around your pubic area, sometime upto your stomach, it means you stretching ligs.

4. What are you trying to achieve when jelging? Is it pushing blood to the glans?

Depends. If you grip the bottom shaft tighter, you will feel/see the glans is expanding. If you use U-grip, you are pushing the blood at both sides, and glans will not be affected much.
