I am wondering what some good, solid exercises would be for length, girth is not too important at this point. I at 6” even EPBL. I am a newbie so I need some type of regimine and how and when to increase the regimine. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Do the newbie routine, there’s a reason that it’s called the “newbie routine,” it gets you cock conditioned, and works both. It’s just a guide, so make the changed that you like to suit your needs.

After that… just do a lot of different stretches. V, Inverted-V, A, and so on. I can’t with a good conscience recommend you do anything other than the newbie routine for the first three months (that’s awefully long).

2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")
