I just started jelqing this week, and am pretty much following the newbie routine in the FAQ. The only exceptions to that are that whenever I jelq, even when lubricated, I tend to have an excessive amount of skin collect and follow up the shaft, creating a rather uncomfortable sensation. The only way I can get rid of this is by jelqing with a near full erection, so in order to work past this, I’ve been holding the skin back around my sack area and jelqing with one hand in an overhand OK grip, switching hands every ten jelqs or so.

As for my routine; I’m doing a 5 minute warm rice sock warm up, 5 minutes stretching, 60 medium pressured jelqs (will go up 20 every week until I reach 4-500 a day), a ten minute BTC fowfer, and then another 5 minute warm rice sock. Seem like too much, or can it be improved in anyway? I’m more than willing to listen to any advice.

And yes, I’ve looked around and searched all of the beginner routine threads, I just didn’t know if I could be causing too much stress early on by pulling back on the excess skin while jelqing?

The skin is not really a worry.

You just need to work on that to find a way of accomplishing it without unnecessary discomfort.

It sounds as though you are generally on the right track, though.

I think you’d better to follow the newbie routine,so don’t do BTC fowfer..

Increase stretching time of 30 seconds a week.that bring me a 0.4” gain in length in my first month of PE!


Start= Bpel:7", Meg:4.7", Fl:4".

The 500 would be months if not a year or more from now. I planned on getting up to about 100-120 in about a month, and keeping the reps at that if I keep seeing gains, or lowering it and slowing my increases if I begin to see any kind of negative side effects. I do two thirty second stretches in each direction, I just find it hard to not get nearly a full erection after doing this. I’m not sure if it’s my age and my libido, or if it’s just me starting out and I can get hard at the drop of a hat lol. Does stretching while erect have any poor effects on length? Because that’s my main goal in this PE journey. I already have a fairly decent girth of 5.25” MEG at about 80% erection, and 5.5” MEG at full erection. I just want to improve my NBP length from where I am now at 6.125” NPB to 7.5”, with an ultimate goal (though improbable) goal of 8”.

Well, a two inch length gain is rare, but not unheard of, so don’t rule it out. :leftie:

500 jelqs, done properly, would take about a half an hour - assuming you had no erection issues and your hands didn’t get tired. I’m just letting you know.

Generally speaking with this stuff ‘more’ is not necessarily better, though.

As for doing any of these exercise erect… Mostly this is just plain not recommended.

When the penis is erect is actually when it is most vulnerable to injury.

With stretches you probably aren’t in danger of injury unless you try and fight the angle of erection while stretching (hint: DON’T do that). With jelqing, should you get erect, you will likely end up doing girth work. Jelqs are recommended to be done with an erection level ranging from 50 - 80%. The higher erection levels are thought to favor an increase in girth, lower erection levels favor length (as they are akin to stretching).

If stretching gives you a boner, you may have to wait and let it subside before stretching again.

For the first month or so of this I’d recommend focusing on learning to do the exercises properly as your main goal. Light to moderate force, stretches well short of any pain, held for 20-30 seconds at a time.

Always warm-up and don’t forget to do the Kegels (non-erect). Kegels can be done anywhere. Do 50 a day. Squeezed for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds and release = 1.

How do I know I’m doing a kegel properly? I feel like I’m tightening up my PC muscle, but my ass feels like it’s tightening as at the same time.

Your ass doesn’t need to be involved, though it won’t hurt if it is.

The flexing required to perform a Kegel is identical to the flexing one does when one stops a stream of urine while peeing.

No other muscle groups need to be involved.

With a little experimentation you can learn to isolate and flex only the BC muscle and relax the other muscles that might be tensing in sympathy. You can also learn to flex it with real force.

From the reading I’ve done here, this type of muscle is similar to the abdominals in that it can be worked daily without negative effects, unlike the larger muscles in your body that need recovery time. So it’s not like a bicep that needs a day or so in between to recover. You can literally hit the BC daily.

There has been some discussion that doing excessive Kegels, while not harmful, runs into a limit of effectiveness. Basically the consensus is a concentrated set of 50 per day is enough to do the job. Anything else is gravy.

I had the same problem with skin build up while jelqing, try overhand jelqing. It might help

Does anyone have any tips on how to jelq 50% 80% erect. I seem to have to do them always erect. Is it true that the more girth you get the harder length is to gain?

You have to let your erection subside.

For younger guys this “it always gets fully erect” thing is a problem.

If it’s too time consuming, because you keep getting full blown erections you can focus on stretching.

That’s what I’ve started doing, 10 minutes of stretching a day until I can work past the full erections.

Keep working at it

I tried many different things, I am seeing small gains and very happy with that, when it comes to your own penis, the little gains make you feel really big. I preferred a natural system to pills or pumps etc. I found this site online, and the system worked for me. I will link it Click Here! but please remember that I personally do not feel it will work for everyone, however it is working for me and that is the only reason I am suggesting you check it out.
