Hey guys, I have a couple of questions.
This is my second time attempting PE. I haven’t done any exercises in about 6 months, but prior to that break period I did PE for about 5 months. In the fifth month, my routine consisted of this:
-5 min hot wrap warm up
-5 sets of 30 second simple stretches in each direction: straight out, up, down, left, right.
-4 sets of 5 minute BTC stretches
-4 sets of 100 Slinky’s in each direction: up, down, left, right.
-300 dry jelqs
-300 wet jelqs
-5 minute hot wrap for cooldown.
I am about to start PE again, but wanted to ask a couple of questions first. Was my old routine too much? Why might I have stopped making gains? Should I have implemented anything new, and if so, what suggestions? More importantly, since I have not done PE in six months, should I restart with the simple newbie routine, or can I pick up where I left off? Thanks for the help guys.
