Hey guys, I have a couple of questions.

This is my second time attempting PE. I haven’t done any exercises in about 6 months, but prior to that break period I did PE for about 5 months. In the fifth month, my routine consisted of this:

-5 min hot wrap warm up
-5 sets of 30 second simple stretches in each direction: straight out, up, down, left, right.
-4 sets of 5 minute BTC stretches
-4 sets of 100 Slinky’s in each direction: up, down, left, right.
-300 dry jelqs
-300 wet jelqs
-5 minute hot wrap for cooldown.

I am about to start PE again, but wanted to ask a couple of questions first. Was my old routine too much? Why might I have stopped making gains? Should I have implemented anything new, and if so, what suggestions? More importantly, since I have not done PE in six months, should I restart with the simple newbie routine, or can I pick up where I left off? Thanks for the help guys.

For conditioning reasons, the consensus opinion seems to be start with newbie routine. The “newbie” title is belittling, for the routine is also successful.

I would say:”Stick to 300 jelqs”. And I would because:”Slow and steady wins the race”.

That does seem a little over the top after a 6 month break. I’d stick to a light routine if only just for a few weeks to get slightly used to PE’ing again.

Thanks all. How long should one practice PE before beginning to hang and/or clamp?

I would start all over again with the newbie routine. Just to be safe.

Go with the Newbie routine, and don’t over do it. Stick to it, get a good workout feeling and you’ll see gains, man.

I have one question that I need to know. Does mastubating slow this process, if so should you stop on doing that if you want to increase size?

time2workout - you say that you stopped making gains the last time around, any thoughts on why? How was your EQ (Erection quality) when you were doing this intense routine?

Personally I don’t believe it makes any difference whatsoever. During my newbie period I tossed of like a chimpanzee after every set, and my gains were really good.

My erection quality was really good, I just quit making length gains. My BPEL is 7.25” and girth is about 5.5” from base to midshaft. I’m not sure why I might have quit making gains. I never started clamping or hanging. What do you think I should do this time around?

How many of times should one do this method a day? I know you do it 2 days and then 1 rest but how many times per day should one PE?

I think you should start again with the newbie routine like everyone else has said.

As for masturbating, if it slows your gains down what would be the point in starting PE in the first place.

Isn’t it better to have more, than less, in ones hand. There’s no touch like the masters.
