Hey fellas an introduction

Hello all,

I’m darkside7 I thought that I would introduce myself and share my routine to see what you think.

My current stats are BPEL 6.8 x EG 5.1 and my goal is BPEL 8 x EG 6

I started for about two weeks back in November and saw a length 0.25 x girth 0.30 gain but got a bit carried away and injured myself. So I thought I would take a month off and pick it back up in the New Year. Well here I am and here’s my intended routine..

Monday
Morning and evening sessions
10 mins hot wrap warm up
8 mins stretching
16 mins jelqing
10 mins hot wrap warm down

Tuesday
Evening session only
10 mins hot wrap warm up
15 mins stretching
25 mins jelqing
10 mins hot wrap warm down

Wednesday
Evening session only
10 mins hot wrap warm up
15 mins stretching
25 mins jelqing
10 mins hot wrap warm down

Thursday
Morning session only
10 mins hot wrap warm up
15 mins stretching
25 mins jelqing
10 mins hot wrap warm down

Rest - Most of Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Whey protein shake(going to be doing a bit of work in the gym to trim up as well)
