Hello, I’ve been doing pe for on and off for about a year but have gotten serious about it in the past 3 months. I’ve gained a half inch in BPEL and some noticeable girth(I don’t measure girth). I did clamping last week and just from that I noticed an increase in girth. I am 6 inches now BPEL but I want to be as long as I can. I was wondering if clamping would stop my erect length gains as I’ve read around that it can but others seem to doubt it. Also just wanted to post my routine if you guys have any reccomendations for changes.

If you really don’t want anymore length gains go with the clamping. When I clamp I feel as though I am longer; however, I haven’t had any solid measurements to prove this. I think at this point clamping and length gains are a coin toss, but I do feel it can slightly hinder length gains. If you only did PE on and off for a year, I would try doing it seriously with the routing you have mentioned. Stay away from the clamping for a few months and see how the length gains are. I’m also assuming you have a warm up in there too.

Clamping should not shorten your unit in my opinion. You should keep clamping and measure length regularly. If you see systematic decrease in length, then stop clamping. Simple.
