Hey everyone - New and have questions

Hello fellow avid PE people. I’ve been looking in to PE for a long time and I must say I’ve been quite frustrated with my results until now. I’ve never been too satisfied but hey that’s why I’m here. I saw a few real success stories and I gotta say the near future is quite prominent.

I started PE with a 5” NBPEL, but that was when I was 16, about 2 years ago.. Never remaining consistent because I thought it didn’t work, and obviously because I kind of wondered if I still had some growth to do..

I was pretty much right and am 6.6 NBPEL now, but I kinda always noticed people like my dad for example who used to walk around naked and even still is a good many inches larger than me.

So my first question is what would be a good routine for focusing on length and getting good results, with lacking of means. I saw some people here that had remarkable hanging results but I would not know where to get the materials to do that.. So besides hanging what routine would you all recommend?

So now I’m looking to get to about 8.5” to 9.5” BPEL.

What have you tried so far, and for how long?

Welcome to the forum.

Just normal Jelqs and a few of the stretches, only one I can actually recall using is the v-stretch and the other ones meant for beginners. Mostly the ones for stretching the ligaments.

So have you followed the Newbie Routine for three months? What gains have you seen so far? Without more details, it’s hard to make any recommendations for improving your length gains.

I was inconsistently doing it for maybe a month at a time over the course of two years.. I’m just looking for a good routine because I recently started again just after Christmas and this time I’m convinced I can be serious about it.

But over the years of doing it I never really had any results, mostly thanks to being immature and impatient.

But I have done it for a while now.

Wow, talk about putting high goals (like me hehe). I hope that you’re aware of that 8-9 inches is extremely long? Most porn actors vary between 7 and 8 inches in length. The longest guys you see out there are about 9.5-10 inches in length.

Start: 6.3 BPEL x 4.5 MSEG & 4.5 BSEG

Now: 7.7 x 4.7 x 5.5 BSEG

Goal: 8 x 6

If you’ve never consistently PEed for over a month at a time, then as you say, your lack of results was probably a result of impatience, not a bad routine. Stick with the Newbie Routine for three months, consistently!, then come back and report your results. :)

Yes they are high goals, but then I looked at your name and giggled a little.. And yes I am aware of how long that is.

And I only ask because I’d like to find something a bit different from the newbie routine, I find it hard to stick to for me especially because after I do one of the exercises I have trouble getting to the right state of arousal for the next one.

Well, if you’re interested mainly in length, you could consider focusing exclusively on stretches for now. Jelqing promotes overall penile health, but if you’re finding the “arousal transitions” too frustrating, I don’t think a stretches-only routine would be harmful, assuming you start cautiously. Whether it will yield gains, only time will tell…

Riiight.

So, uhh… when was the last time you guys compared your BPEL?

Being new to the PEing thing, that is just over 3 weeks I can’t call myself an expert.

With that said, just start slow and follow the newbie program.

Just look to a very small gain, like an 1/8 of an inch. Then when you get there, look to another 1/8th.

The penis is a cellular thing and needs time to recover. Cells have to replenish/repair themselves.
My understanding is, the cells are damaged(In a good way.)from jelging. They are expanded and over time
Morph to the pressure from PEing.

I know some don’t like the analogue I give of weightlifting. But in many respects, the two are similar.

In weightlifting, you break down the muscle cells. After continuous breaking down, the cells become bigger and
Stronger to account for the greater and greater stresses put on them.

PEing may be different as instead of the cells building-up to resist the stresses, they may be being morphed
Or elongated and eventually stay that way. My “guess” (and a big guess it is) is since the cells are genetically programmed to grow
As in an erection. It doesn’t take them much prompting to grow through PEing.

Good luck with your PEing.

Well dang - that’s some good advice. Thanks

If you’re already bored with the newbie routine, why would any other routine be ‘better’? Your prior PE history doesn’t indicate much ‘stick-to-it-tiveness’- maybe that's the problem, not the specific routine.
You are young enough that you may be able to capitalize on any remaining natural growth by PEing.

Do the newbie routine as written for three months and then we’ll talk. :)

If the stretching first is interfering with your jelqing, jelq first and then stretch, but keep the rest of the routine as is.

So - new problem on the newbie routine and I can’t seem to get attention to it anywhere else so let’s try here..

Okay so I’ve started the newbie routine, right? Well I started on Saturday, after I finished the exercise I began to feel some pain mostly along the right side of the penis. I can’t quite place the exact source though. It seems to be originating somewhere near the base, I have been nervous about continuing to do the exercises for fear of permanent damage occurring, however after 3 days I decided to go ahead and return to my routine, carefully though.. I’ve essentially started over and tomorrow will become my first off day.

In the first workout I was anything but careless. I took it slow and gently, careful not to do any damage to myself.

Hey bro,

You must warm up thoroughly! Also if your fragile and not strong in genetics, diet and fitness then your going to break apart.

Get to 7 first. Getting to eight is going to be almost daily consistency. Never letting up. Obsessed. If you have what it takes I applaud you. Good luck and get at it. Some of us are strong genetically. Eat and act right and I think this has to do with gaining. I read the veterans here and have to say small gains are big gains! That is a good mantra actually. Heal yourself and do the newbie routine. It’s a brutal process. Consider yourself in the trenches of WWI.

There is no razzle dazzle in PE.
