Hey, I’m Chris. I just joined Thunder’s Place after reading about PE for a few months. I’m approx 6EL x 4.8 EG…. but I’m not too concerned about my size. It’s my ability to maintain rock hard erections that has me here. I’m only 21…. but I often find myself “going soft” after 20-30 minutes. It’s annoying to have to manually stimulate myself every so often. It’s disruptive to the flow of things between myself and my wonderful girlfriend. I can control my orgasm as long as I’d like, thankfully, but I’d just like to develop a strong, healthy penis. Well, you all seem very educated in this arena and are very encouraging to one another. That’s great to see. I hope I can learn over time to reach my goals, and hopefully encourage others with their goals.

Thanks for the info TT. I guess before I start making any claims on my size though… I should learn how to properly size myself. I don’t even really know how to do that correctly to be honest! I guess I need to spend the evening using the magic “Search” button and scouring the newbie forums.

START HERE —> Most Important Newbie Threads/Info This is a great start for the beginner.

Get a nice ruler from Staples or some place else if you are in the USA. You may have one lying around the house. Usually you want to have your own cause they seem to disappear whenever you need it.

Next go out and buy a tailor’s tape that suit makers use to size you up for clothes to really get a great grasp of your girth. Both of these items could be available at a dollar store possibly.

Make sure you measure in both non-bone pressed (NBP) as well as bonepressed (BP). Some guys like only NBP, but they have a much harder time getting any accurate results for improvement. Plus BP is a much more accurate gauge of showing any progress, which helps some from becoming discouraged. This is especially true if you have someone of a fat pad over your dick which hides some of it. NBP is really for the visual improvement that one can tell, some people believe that you can use only what you see.

Bone Pressed is done by taking the ruler and placing it on top of your penis and putting pressure with the end into your own fat pad. Do it until it semi-hurts but doesn’t draw blood. Have a full erection when doing this for your most erect measurement. It is also possible to do this flaccid (without wood) being stretched by you pulling on your head as hard as you can, but this is yet another different measurement to gauge progress.

Girth with the tailor’s tape is done both hard and flaccid (unwooded). This gives you the sex measurement as well as the just hanging around everyday plumpness.

In conclusion; you have bone pressed erect measurement of length as well as BP stretched (no wood) aka flaccid stretch. You also have NBP measurements of these two sometimes if you want also which stop at the skin on the pelvis Remember to do these with your dick at a 45 degree angle from the standing of the body upright. Just remember to take the measurements the same way each time to see how you are doing. Girth is done both hard and soft. Some people split these to the very base where it comes from the body, the halfway point, the circumcision scar if you have it, and the head. Some guys go crazy over head size so they have all these measurements in comparison against the base and mid.

Thanks for your wealth of information. I have a tape measure handy. Ironically enough it’s a Stanley Fat Max tape measure. Anyway, I measured my Flacid BP length and it was 7 1/8” (!!) I was shocked to say the least. This sounds like a really high number. I remeasured and followed instructions exactly. It just seems like a lot of length that I wasn’t aware of. My Girlfriend has a tailor’s tape, but I’ll have to think of a non-descript way to borrow that some time. Until then I can’t get an exact Flacid Girth.

By the way, how could one tell if they’re an “easy gainer” as opposed to a “hard gainer”?

It takes time to see if you are categorized as an easy or a hard gainer. There is somewhat of a learning curve to all of this stuff. Which gets to become second nature after much repetition. The best way to find out is do this as religiously and methodically as possible. Find a consistant amount of time for each session. If you do things half assed it comes off making it much harder to figure things out. So just remain patient, read as much as you can, and if you have any questions just ask.

There is so much damn information here that you will be reading for weeks before you get a grasp of the basic concepts.
I strongly suggest you read up as much as you can before taking up a routine.

Also, as TT suggests, take starting measurements of all types before you start. That way you will be able to see how far you’ve come in total.
As for the erection quality and so forth - Start kegeling straight away. You will notice an improvement within days.

TT gave you some great info. The only thing I can add is to make sure that the tailor’s tape is accurate. I had one that was off by nearly 1/8 inch by the time it read 5 inches.

Yep, I sure am glad I’ve found this place. I’ll have to keep doing research like you guys have suggested. The only issue that I really have is being able to warm-up. I always Shower with my girlfriend, so that’s not really an option. I guess I’ll try out that rice sock method. Kegels will show improvement very quickly you say? How so? Anyways, I’ll hit the searches and get myself educated so I don’t go and yank my schlong off in some half-assed attempt to get some gains. Thanks for the advice guys.
