My first post!! Just wanted to say hi! Well I’ve been lurking for awhile, but I finally made the jump and joined the forum. Hope to be talking with all of you guys in the future.

So here’s the real newbie question: what should I do after the newbie routine?

Build up the newbie routine, add some more advanced excercises. Take note of what worked well for you in your three month newbie routine. Perhaps get into clamping as well.

Thats a good question. Well.. depends on your goals. Are you looking for length or girth?

You could consider hanging, clamping or the various other workouts .

It all depends on what route you would like to take maybe hanging for length. Pumping or clamping for grith; or maybe both. Welcome to Thunder’s.
