I have a couple of questions:
1) Stretching - When I stretch should my penis be on 100% flaccid ? Or it can be like 5-10% erect ?
I noticed that stretching caused my penis to erect. So I waited for it to subside..
It can be a bit erected, that will not make any problems. It’s the same by me, every time I want to stretch I get a strong erection and can’t do any stretching. That’s why I jerk off before every routine. I do it 3-4 hours before the routine, because the dick needs to recuperate.
2) Jelqing - In the 10 minute session I jelqed with 30% erect and some with 50%. Should I stick with only 50% erect? Or is it to to alternate..

3) After doing stretching and jelqing I warmed down and noticed my penis shrank really fast to a smaller size than my flaccid. Is that normal?
