Hey all

I’m new to the PE world. Just wanted to say Hi =)

After doing a lot of reading in the forum which is great! I have decided to go for the newbie routine.

I have a couple of questions:

Stretching - When I stretch should my penis be on 100% flaccid ? Or it can be like 5-10% erect ?
I noticed that stretching caused my penis to erect. So I waited for it to subside..

Jelqing - In the 10 minute session I jelqed with 30% erect and some with 50%. Should I stick with only 50% erect? Or is it to to alternate..

After doing stretching and jelqing I warmed down and noticed my penis shrank really fast to a smaller size than my flaccid. Is that normal?

No harm in it being a little erect. Fully erect is really a No No. as you can damage things far more easily. But as long as your penis is fairly pliable no problem

There is no absolute hard and gfast rule about semi erect jelqing. Fully erect is like the above more likely to damage as your penis is full of blood and a lot more pressure could bring on red spots

The shrinkage is quite normal in the early stages. It’s just your body reacting to being pulled out of allignment. sS tries to pull it back. But as you stretch it more often, it will accept the lengthening.

It can be a bit erected, that will not make any problems. It’s the same by me, every time I want to stretch I get a strong erection and can’t do any stretching. That’s why I jerk off before every routine. I do it 3-4 hours before the routine, because the dick needs to recuperate.

It’s no a problem if it varies from 30% to 50% you can do it as you want. The main thing is you’re pushing the blood trow him and making the correct jelq exercise.

Well I’m not sure on this one, but I think it’s normal. Because it happened to me too, and I’m doing it for a long time. In the start no matter how weak or intense the jelq was the shrinking happened all the time. So I think it’s ok. Wait for more re-plays.

Hello ckwise

I get a right bonner when I stretch so I have to stop after 1 set in all directions.

I wish I’d of started by reading posts and stuff like you, I just jumped straight in. I was lucky not to injure myself after hanging 7kg straight away.

I don’t go smaller after PE, I stay quite full, but every ones different I guess.
