Hi guys, I’m currently 5 inches in girth and would like to become 6 inches over time. I’m currently focusing on erect jelqs and squeezes. Is there a third element that you think I could benefit from? By the way, I don’t do any stretching since this seems to leave my glands rather numb & sore.

Hell, even 5.5” would be cool. But 6” would definitely be ideal. What else can I do? I’ve been PE-ing for about 3 months now and am considering clamping. Your advice would be much appreciated.

To be honest, I’ve always been this size. The only thing I’ve gained is a strength in EQ as well as a more veinous look. However, I forgot to add something very important in my previous post.

I would personally prefer to have a rock-solid 5” erection than a so-so 6” erection. So I’m basically wondering if there’s a way to increase both girth and EQ at the same time. And if not, how can I go about increasing my EQ in order to get the most out of my 5” circumference?

I’m very familiar with supplements, dieting, and exercise so please don’t be afraid to mention these areas. I can handle them. But yeah, I’m very interested in clamping as well : )

Kegals helped me with EQ for some reason. As for a third element, stretching is a major contributor to length gains in some. Different types of stretches such as A stretches and V stretches should aid in yielding results.

I do believe that erect jelqs increase girth, if I recall correctly, and should help you with maintaining your EQ, but just do some research before doing them.

Yes, the newbie routine with some minor changes to it. Do you recommend sticking exactly with the newbie routine?

If it’s not producing results then you probably should consider changing your routine.

I started clamping after about 3 months. Everyone recommends you do the newbie routine for at least 6 months before clamping, as a precautionary measure. I’m not advocating it, but I haven’t had any problems. If you do decide to, make sure you do heaps of reading about it first and ease yourself into it.

Clamping is the ultimate girth exercise.
