I’m farily new to PE only ben doing it for 3days now
Morning and night
Stretches 10mins
150 Wet Jelqs
50 Kegel Squeezes hold 3 secs then release
50 Quick Kegel Squeezes
Testicle Health Stretch
Is this enough thought about doing htis for a few months then changing it up
