Here's my first routine
So tomorrow I will reach my 2 week date of PEING.
Heres the routine I found which is on a free site. Is this good? I wanted to know if there is any adjustments you would personally make?
This is for Length as that’s what I want to go for.
Starting about 6 1/4- 6.5
Goal:7.5 though 7 would be great too
Length Gain Workouts
Exercises
Beginner
1. Warm Up 3 minutes
2. Power Stretch 5 minutes
3. V Stretch 5 minutes
4. Ultimate Jelq 5 minutes
5. Circular Stretch 4 minutes
6. Warm Down 3 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes
Schedule 1 day on/1 day off off
SO YOU KNOW.the power stretch is stretching your max in front, right, left, down, up for 5 seconds each direction for 5 mins total.
Yesterday, I mixed it up a bit and did the holds for 30 seconds each (to surprise my body) for 2 complete sets.
THIS VERSION OF THE V STRETCH is you stretch your penis forward or down, and with your thumb, press on the base of the penis and all the way up to the head (suppose to loosen ligaments and push blood into your penis) while your penis is stretched. Then slide your thumb back to base.
THE CIRCLE STRETCH is stretching your penis down, then up, then rotating your penis around clockwise (still stretched) until your reach back up.
Yesterday I mixed it up though and did waterfall(?) stretches (up, then down) instead of the circle stretch
ALSO
ULTIMATE jelq is just your typical jelq (WET)
Good routine? I sometimes go over the recommended 25-30 mins and go for 45.is that bad?
