Here's my first routine

So tomorrow I will reach my 2 week date of PEING.

Heres the routine I found which is on a free site. Is this good? I wanted to know if there is any adjustments you would personally make?

This is for Length as that’s what I want to go for.

Starting about 6 1/4- 6.5

Goal:7.5 though 7 would be great too

Length Gain Workouts
Exercises

Beginner

1. Warm Up 3 minutes
2. Power Stretch 5 minutes
3. V Stretch 5 minutes
4. Ultimate Jelq 5 minutes
5. Circular Stretch 4 minutes
6. Warm Down 3 minutes

Total Time 25 minutes
Schedule 1 day on/1 day off off

SO YOU KNOW.the power stretch is stretching your max in front, right, left, down, up for 5 seconds each direction for 5 mins total.

Yesterday, I mixed it up a bit and did the holds for 30 seconds each (to surprise my body) for 2 complete sets.

THIS VERSION OF THE V STRETCH is you stretch your penis forward or down, and with your thumb, press on the base of the penis and all the way up to the head (suppose to loosen ligaments and push blood into your penis) while your penis is stretched. Then slide your thumb back to base.

THE CIRCLE STRETCH is stretching your penis down, then up, then rotating your penis around clockwise (still stretched) until your reach back up.

Yesterday I mixed it up though and did waterfall(?) stretches (up, then down) instead of the circle stretch

ALSO

ULTIMATE jelq is just your typical jelq (WET)

Good routine? I sometimes go over the recommended 25-30 mins and go for 45.is that bad?

Just stick with the standard newbie routine !

It’s more than enough for a lot of men to start gaining!

Although your routine looks spot on. I would cut out the v-stretches etc..

Until you have done the newbie routine for a few months.

Another question with stretching.I’m going as far as I can but what kind of stress should I feel? I think I feel some stress near the base (ligaments?)

I just don’t know how far to stretch is.I havent stretched to pain (obviously a good thing) but I want to make sure I do enough!

And I’ve never gotten the red dots.(good thing?)

I’m new and I always get the red spots from jelqing.. I guess I squeeze to hard. But like these guys say, start out slow at first. If you do things to hard the penis will adapt and you won’t gain very much. As for the aching.you don’t want any pain. Just to feel slight aches.

Will this affect my gains

The beginner workout I was told to do was 25 mins.I went 45.

Next time should I just cut down to 25? I went over maybe 3-4 times..

Only been doing this 2 weeks thursday 1 day on 1 day off

I get aches lower abdomen like the base of the penis.

Normal?

It’s much better to start of doing even less than that for a few training days. Just slowly get used to the new routine. As many people here will tell you, it’s better to do a bit less than too much.

There’s no point in rushing and hoping to gain a few days on a process that’s going to take months or years.

Just be careful, take it easy and hang in there.

I think it’s better to build up slowly to avoid injury.
