If you damage your nerves while jelqing, and you get impotence, you most likely will need to take a few days to rest and heal the damaged nerves. However, collagen scarring can also occur around the damaged nerves and prevent the penis from receiving blood flow, and not allowing the damaged nerves to heal. This isn’t a marketing scheme. I’m just a random dude I don’t even own that site. I have nothing to gain from this. I’ve damaged my penis starting from when I first started jelqing (incorrectly at that). This is just my own opinion, but it seems HIGHLY viable. Think about it man. When you work out, your muscles need rest and blood flow to heal it. Some people even work out at a lower intensity to circulate blood flow to the areas where lactic acid and fatigue has set in. This low intensity workout helps promote healing because of how the blood flow allows scarring to heal faster. This is the same way (it’s biological). When our penis is scarred, it automatically tries to heal it, and it can’t do that without blood flow to it. It allows the penis to heal faster and more efficiently.

My guessing is that the surrounding collagen scar tissue helps prevent some damaged nerves to fully heal because the nerves might be wedged by the collagen scar tissue, not allowing electricity to pass through the nerves. Maybe it’s also because the Myelin sheath could be broken, and the collagen scars might prevent it from healing and promoting nerve firings.

Dr. Lin is a bullshit quack who is just out to peddle his overpriced supplements.

Did you actually damage your nerves? If so, how and how long ago? If you do have nerve damage I would advise you to go see an actual urologist as soon as possible. You would be unwise to put the well-being of your penis in the hands of a herbal “doctor” who is clearly out to make a buck.

Here’s my history ch, I really hope you answer my question or even give me encouragement. I first started during my sophomore year of high school (or maybe junior). I am now 20 years old and a junior in college. In hindsight, I incorrectly jelqed and noticed (but ignorantly continued) that my dick lost sensitivity and took a tad bit longer to get hard. This was when I was being a newbie and jelqed with a hard erection. I continued and noticed more and more sensitivity lost. So I stopped doing these exercises and noticed that my erections (though still frequent) was not as hard as it once was.

However, I was a chronic masturbator at this time, and it might also give part of the reason why I didn’t get night woods or morning erections as well. However, the sensitivity issue was still a real problem. Flashback to now. I started jelqing again, and this time MUCH more intuitively than when I was a newbie. I was being very careful. My erections were becoming more and more frequent and I even started getting night wood and morning wood. However, this led to a false sense of security. I thought it was enough time to give my workouts a “push.” I read about overtraining your penis on purpose once in a while to “jump start” it. However, this was also another one of my newbie misconceptions, and I was only 3 weeks into my newly “intuitive” revised jelqing program.

Since then, my dick reverted to being impotent, but a tad worse than the initial stage. After that, I de-conditioned my dick once again, and then started the newbie program. I started getting EQ gains, but then it all went to shit after I unnoticeably over trained once again. This time, it is impotent, even more than it was the last time.

If my opinion about penile damage is incorrect, how exactly does the EQ method here work.

If I were you I would probably decondition again and see if time cures the problem like it has in the past. If your erections come back then I would start a light jelq/kegel routine (no stretches) purely to increase EQ. Over training seems to be your downfall so avoid it at all costs; learn from your mistakes.

If you remain impotent for longer than a week or so I would see a urologist (or three); particularly because this seems to be a reoccurring issue.

I hope for the best man. This kind of stuff is scary as shit but just be smart and patient and everything will ok. Keep us updated.

I’ve deconditioned for a week already since the last over train. So far, the erections come and go (mostly go), but on good days I can get an erection and make it stay if I stroke it long enough, and there are still negative PIs (namely regressed penis, hardened flaccid penis). But I think it’s slowly getting better, but I have no clue.

It’s your penis; you could see what happens in another week or you could go seek professional counsel. I recommend the latter. And the more honest you are with them the more they will be able to help. Good luck mate

Go see an urologist. You are not going to heal nerve damage in a few days.

You are believing the crap he is peddling because you want it to be true. It is voodoo science and nothing more.

If you hurt your penis take serious time off. No safe shortcuts in PE, especially not in recovering from injuries.
