Here is the routine I am using - will it work?
Hello everyone - first post.
Can any of the experienced PE’ers here comment on the following workout which I am planning on doing for the next 3 months or so.
(All the following done in the shower)
2 Mins Warmup - running Penis under warm water.
Stretching - Up/Down/Left/Right/Out (30 second hold each)
250 Wet Jelqs, 2 sec/jelq (using Dove soap as lubricant - as recommended by Andrew69!)
50 Wet Jelqs, 3-5 sec/jelq (Girth Blasters)
2 Mins Warmdown/Massage
Plan on doing this day on/off.
Any suggestions/comments would be much appreciated.
