Hi all, this will be my first official post and one of my first forum posts as I have spent most of my internet time being a lurker.

Ok, so the question is the same as the title. Does anyone know of any herbs or supplements that will help upregulate the “Growth” receptors in penile tissue. I have just started a newb routine and already in a week see a change, maybe even a 1/4 inch or more. I wonder if the ligaments stretch thin will this not make them weaker? I was thinking if you supplement with the right stuff that maybe it will help to grow back tissues proportionality? I just would hate to get larger and my willy be weak or something.

I’m going to grow some cnidium monnieri this year in my garden. I have read that it helps with blood flow down there and In a few months (once they grow to maturity), I will crush and steep it for use in the hemp oil I use for lubricant for PE. I was thinking this might help in recovery mode. Is this a good idea? BTW is hemp oil ok to use for PE? Anyone know where to order this herb fresh, all I can find are seeds?

Penile tissues naturally get tougher from being stretched and jelqed; that’s why it gets harder to gain after a while. You don’t want to encourage that more than necessary.

Once past puberty there is really nothing you can do to re-activate the DHT receptors.

Hemp oil should be good as a PE lubricant.

Herbs and Suppliments are OK as an addition to your PE regimine … but they are just that … a suppliment.

I am sure that you are aware that there is no magic pill that will replace a good dose of educated conbsistency.

As you educate yourself on suppliments and get your hands dirty in your herb garden … try and focus a double measure of that spare time on picking a routine and doing it with consistency.
