I have small penis 13 cm

well, if you post exactly what you’ve been doing, we can do a lot more for you. Post your workout, how long you’ve been doing it, what you’ve changed along the way and any positive/negative PI’s you’ve seen (if you don’t know what that is, look in the newbie section under positive/negative physical indicators)

I’ve gained 1.5”; at least 50% of those gains came by jelquing, I guess.

My routine was the newbie routine for 6 mounts and I didn’t make any gain!

Maybe you can help with other good idea for big gain?

Well, what I wanted to know is the exercises you did, how many you did and for how long (how many times a week, how many breaks) and were you consistant? consistancy is important here. Also, every couple weeks were you adding to your routine to get to a new level? Did you experience and positive/negative PI’s?

I work 6 day week

I do a warmup 5 MINUTES after jelq 300 strokes and manual stretching and again warmup

Every week I increase more 50 strokes to jelq and more time to the stretching

All this didn’t make for me any gain

If more doesn’t do it for you why not take a week or two off and try less.
You now do 300+ jelqs… After some time off start with 60 very slow light jelqs, and add maybe 5-10 each week.

Someone who has actually done a light routine should probably weigh in on the specifics of that, I have had my success with a ‘more’ structured program. I would suggest doing a search for light routine… do an advanced search with that as the title option.
