I just decided to start a PE routine. I had tried one about a month ago and only did it for about 2-2 1/2 weeks and then quit. But in this time I gained about a 1/4 inch. I can only assume this is because of increased EQ. I am having a hard time staying committed to this and I was wondering if anyone had and advise on ways to stay motivated. I currently am still living with my parents so I have to do this in private which really limits my time and is part of the problem. Any helpful tips about anything would be appreciated.
