I just decided to start a PE routine. I had tried one about a month ago and only did it for about 2-2 1/2 weeks and then quit. But in this time I gained about a 1/4 inch. I can only assume this is because of increased EQ. I am having a hard time staying committed to this and I was wondering if anyone had and advise on ways to stay motivated. I currently am still living with my parents so I have to do this in private which really limits my time and is part of the problem. Any helpful tips about anything would be appreciated.

I think that you should ask yourself if you need more discipline in your life. If the answer is yes, then my advice is: you must see this as your first step to be constant in your life and keep doing it even when you are not in mood or have time.

I know that it doesn’t sound like much but it is what keeps me at the gym. It’s not about my health, not about being good looking, but to show me that I can be constant.

After a while I got improvements in other parts of my life.

Well I had a few days of staying out too late like as in till 6am and I just didn’t have it in me to PE when I got home not to mention the fact that my parents got up right after I got home and I didn’t want to be caught.. That would be embarrassing. And I just haven’t picked it back up. I did some PE two nights ago and tonight so I’m gonna do 1 day on 1 day off for a week then switch to 2 on and 1 off and see how that goes, I do 2 sets of 4 stretches (up, down, left, right) for a count of 30 seconds each. Then I dry jelq 120 times and do 4 squeezes at a count of 30 sec each. I do squeeze rather hard on the exercises but not to the point of a shooting pain just easy enough that it only tingles is the best way I know how to explain it. I’m hoping I can get to 7” nbp as quick as possible right now I’m just below 6” nbp. I was wondering if this would help with my sexual stamina because as much as I hate to admit it I am 20yrs old and a virgin. Not due to being unattractive but because I refuse to screw the many sluts in my town due to fear of catching something.

I gained on a similar routine when I was a newbie.

For what it is worth, it is very similar to this newbie routine:

Like you, I was also limited by when I had privacy and time.

One thing that helped was splitting my workout.

I would do stretches in the morning. I would do my jelqs in the afternoon. This did not appear to affect gaining.

Sadly that is the kind of attitude that leads to injury. Take it slow and steady. Your penis is not going anywhere, so take your time and do it right.

Thank you for all the feed back guys. I’m going to take it slow now I guess no sense in trying to hard and hurting myself. I mean after all whats the point in getting a bigger dick if I don’t get to use it.

Sing while you PE. May sound stupid but I do it and PE is much more fun!

Yeah, if I gained a 1/4 inch in 2-3 weeks THAT would be my motivation. Consider yourself lucky and just imagine what could be in 2-3 months. I can see the need for motivation after months and years of PE’ing with 0 results, but amazing results in such a short period of time should be the only motivation you need.

Well it wasn’t so much the PE that cause me to lose my motivation it was other things going on in my life, kinda in a woe is me soft of stage, but now things have pretty much sorted themselves out and I’m doing PE again, and although I haven’t gained much NBP length I have gained girth (haven’t measured yet) and a little over a 1/8 of an inch in BP length. It’s really more then that but erection length is hard to get to the same length every time it varies just a little bit but I’m very surprised it’s working so well for me I would take pictures, but I’m a little funny about that haha. I guess you will just have to take my word for it sense I’m not boasting about gaining 2 inches in a month or something else ridiculous.
