I’ve known about PE for quite a while now. I been going through a lot on a personal level but I can now focus back on PEing. I’ve forgotten the way you guys measure so I have to look back over that. My question is this. I used a soft tape measure the other day and measured myself. I’m 7 inches in length and 5 inches in girth. Is that good or bad for an overweight guy?? Also what are some routines other than the newbie routine I could use to get back into the swing of things?? Would like to combine the newbie routine with something else. Can anybody help me with these questions?
