I’ve known about PE for quite a while now. I been going through a lot on a personal level but I can now focus back on PEing. I’ve forgotten the way you guys measure so I have to look back over that. My question is this. I used a soft tape measure the other day and measured myself. I’m 7 inches in length and 5 inches in girth. Is that good or bad for an overweight guy?? Also what are some routines other than the newbie routine I could use to get back into the swing of things?? Would like to combine the newbie routine with something else. Can anybody help me with these questions?

7x5 is a great size and the final goal of a lot of guys, so keep that in mind as you proceed.

Why do you feel you need to supplement the newbie routine? It is best to start there and work up from that routine only if necessary. In many cases the newbie routine has proven itself to be the only routine you’ll need to gain. Starting intense does not mean you will gain more or gain faster, it only increases your chances of injury while decreasing your options to make progress in the future.

If I could I would go back and smack myself for not taking a picture of my pre-PE measurements for comparison. If you can do that, I would.

@Dude151 I didn’t press against anything. Just measured it normally. No pushing anything into the fat pad at all. Just got hard and measured lol. I’m also on a workout regiment and a diet of no fried food or sodas. I’m hoping that combined with the PEing will result in some significant gains.

@Northmiamitop not looking to supplement it. Just wanna have something else to do once I get used to the routine. But then again maybe you’re right. I will try the newbie routine for a minute see how it works out for me

Aside from that, 7” NBPEL is very big, but try and take a proper bone pressed measurement so you can accurately track your growth. Losing weight will change a non-bone pressed measurement without any actual penis growth so it can be misleading as far as what is or isn’t working.

If you are overweight 7”s NBP is very long indeed. My all means do some PE if you want. And don’t try and reinvent the wheel; just do the newbie routine. But work on being less overweight as well.

I’m the same weight crispy1. Losing weight is difficult though but I’m damn sure trying.

20-60 min of jogging,stepups,lunges a day 10-20 minutes each I lost 5 lbs so far that way.

And cut out all the junk from your diet, If you eat only whole foods, fresh raw vegetables, lean meats, a low amount of fruit, and drink only water you will find it hard to not loose weight.
