Can someone give me a copy of 17ml’s Cobra Conditioning Routine?

I tried to download it on my computer, and it downloaded as a zip that expanded into an mpg, but then quicktime couldn’t play it and put up a bubble that says “this is not a movie file.”

Help.

I am gonna bump this because:

A) I’m impatient
B) I am not so good with computers as to fix this problem. If it helps I’m using a mac
