Help with this.
Recently I have just started kegels. My plans are to reach a full erection before I start the noob routine.
I have been doing 50-100 for 5 seconds each, for about a week now. My question is, when should a noticable difference take place? And if it doesnt, is it time to move on to medications?
Also, when I first started doing them I wasn’t sure I was doing them right. It felt like I was just tightening my rectum and nothing else. I read up about the BC muscel so I put my fingers on my groin when trying kegels and I can feel the muscel pushing my finger away when I do them. Is this right?
