I figured out my lot of 6-7 o clock “when I have no tugback”

My erection is pointing at 10 o clock.

Should I be stretching down to the floor or up to the ceiling?

What are my odds of fast growth?

I’ve been PEing for 3 weeks now.

a 10 o clock erection is perfectly normal . You can stretch in all directions

There are no odds on what growth you can acheive , except that you will not gain much in the early stages of PE. but growth will come . It sometimes takes up to three months for some, but you can expect to go for two months before noticeable permanent gains are made.,

There are no safe short routes to enlarging your penis. But steady exercise will bring best results.

Don’t worry about theory. Thinking about “lot” is not going to make your dick bigger. Just do one of the newbie routines and keep with it. See how you respond, and see what you learn about your penis.

I did something similar to Linear newbie when I got started. Nice way to ease into things.

On top of what kool and faun just said, the LOT theory is considered by many to be an inaccurate theory. Even if it was accurate, the amount of time saved by focusing on what it suggests would be minimal.

I recommend just do the newbie routine, and see what happens.


START: 11/18/08: BPEL- 6 1/8 in. (15cm) x EG 4 3/8 in. (11.3cm)

GOAL: 6 1/2 in. X 5 in. By end of Jan '09

Cool, I will keep stretching in all directions and follow the noob routine. I haven’t missed a day yet, so far I’m not expecting any results for 2-3 months

If I may give you an advise forget the ” LOT” theory.

You are PEing only for 3 weeks. The only thing you need is to learn how to stretch properly.

LOT may work for you, but it might not. Personally I don’t use it and many people have gained without it. The key is “feeling” the stretch in your penis.

I wouldn’t say that you ”grow” from the LOT stretch. I mean, it’s an exercise, but you don’t grow just from that stretch if you do it correctly. You grow from all the exercises in your routine.
