Help with routine
I have started PE 3 weeks ago(it’s my third week). Actually I’m doing begginers routine:
1. 5 min hot wrap
2. 20 min of Jelq(errect 85%-90%)(don’t know if it is to hard)
3. 10 min manual stretch( flaccid)
At this moment bone-pressed erect I have 15.5 cm in lenght and about 13 cm in girth.
My target is girth( I can have small or no gains in lenght, but bigger girth is what I expect from PE), so I’d like to know any better or effective exercises for girth. I won’t do anything, except newbie routine, on my own without any experience, so I’m asking you guys.
