Help with routine

Can someone comment about my routine please? I’m currently doing this to reach 6-7 inches in length (currently 5.5”):

3 mins Warmup/hotwrap
5 mins Stretching
5 mins Jelq
5 mins V-stretch
4 mins Jelq and hold
3 mins Warmdown/hotwrap

I do this one day on, one day off. What do you guys think of it? Is it enough to increase size?

Another concern is that when I do jelq and hold and my penis head gets all shiney, when I touch it, the head can’t feel anything (it’s numb). But after exercising all sensitivity comes back. Is this normal?

I only started a few days ago, but I haven’t seen any increase at all. Should I be applying more force? Or does it take time for the penis to actually start growing? Thanks

Welcome to the forum. I removed your duplicate post from the thread that Slack linked. As you’ve posted in the thread I’m going to assume you read it :)

What is a jelq and hold? Are you talking holding a stretch at the end of each jelq stretch?

3 mins Warmup/hotwrap

If this works for you that seems fine. I found that a 5 min + warm up made a big difference. I suppose a certain amount depends on your warm up method.

5 mins Stretching
5 mins Jelq
5 mins V-stretch
4 mins Jelq and hold

This all seems good to start but you will need to increase it over time. I’m not sure splitting the stretching and jelqing in this way is necessarily beneficial. Though I understand that stretching after a portion of jelqing can seem to allow for a better stretch, I’m not sure this is more than feeling a little more sore because the penis has been jelqed, if you know what I mean. Mixing it up a bit can be good though. A confused penis is a growing penis!

I would add some kegels. Lots of kegels. They will help with the jelqing later on.

Memento: thanks for removing the post :) Jelq and hold is jelqing, then holding it at the head for 10 seconds and repeat. I’ll try 5 minutes warmup/hot wrap, but my family will find it very strange of me spending so much time in the toilet since I’m going on holidays with them for the next two weeks! With kegels, should they be with my routine? Or could I just.say.do them every morning whilst I’m in the car? My stretching is done whilst flaccid, but when I Jelq I also pull my penis out far.

I’m currently 5.4” long errect and 4.2” girth errect. I’m 16 years old but haven’t seen growth since I was 12. If I perchance did have growth scheduled naturally for the next few years, would PE stop it?

Yes, most if not all their info comes from here and they use it to advertise pills and patches etc. They got to the top in Google with link spam. I hope you don’t mind, I’ve removed the link code from what you posted.

I think you should drop this. Certainly if you can smoothly jelq with a stretch at the end it will probably help with initial lig gains. You might as well merge the jelqing bits together. If you do all the stretching and then all the jelqing, you’ll be able to do a dry section with a good grip and then a wet section with lots of lube.

:) Tell them you have piles and that the doctor has said they are too bad for the rubber band treatment.

Sorry, one more thing, is there any problem with ejaculating soon after/before exercising? How long should there be between ejaculating and exercising? Thanks again!

I’d try to avoid ejaculating before a routine as it will probably have a bad effect on the quality of the routine.

Often people will say wait a couple of hours before having sex. I think that is sensible just from a soreness perspective. some people ejaculate at the end of their routine, others don’t. I don’t think it makes a heap of difference.

It’s a good routine and is designed to build up to future routines. In the end you will have to judge what is truly effective for you but you’ll need experience to do that.
