Help with routine
Can someone comment about my routine please? I’m currently doing this to reach 6-7 inches in length (currently 5.5”):
3 mins Warmup/hotwrap
5 mins Stretching
5 mins Jelq
5 mins V-stretch
4 mins Jelq and hold
3 mins Warmdown/hotwrap
I do this one day on, one day off. What do you guys think of it? Is it enough to increase size?
Another concern is that when I do jelq and hold and my penis head gets all shiney, when I touch it, the head can’t feel anything (it’s numb). But after exercising all sensitivity comes back. Is this normal?
I only started a few days ago, but I haven’t seen any increase at all. Should I be applying more force? Or does it take time for the penis to actually start growing? Thanks
