Help with my routine

Hi all,

So have been doing this for a few weeks now and I have just been using the most standard PE routine:
Warm up > Manual Stretch > Dry Jelq > Cool down.

Is there anything I should change or should I continue with this ?
Ideally would like some girth first then more length.

Also I notice sometimes a red spot appears on my foreskin when I maybe go a little bit longer, am I not warming up enough?
The red spot will go within 1 day or so though.

You should first and foremost follow the newbie routine for the first couple of months, so you can condition your dick to PE.
You are doing it the good way, as long as you keep it warm, and stretch and jelq while IN FLACCID ONLY ( erect exercices is for more advanced PEer ).

From my personnal experience, I found that jelqing slowy ( 3-4 secs each stroke ) with gradually increasing force with my hand over weeks given the best result.
I am at 250-300 jelq now, my sessions usualy last 15-20 minutes ( only the jelqing part ). So slow and hard, you must engorge that dick!

As for the red spot, I guess it is only blister. If it disapears after only one day , I wouldn’t worry much about that. It happens to me all the time.

The red spots may also be due to small capillaries bursting due to the increased force of blood being pushed in. When I first began PE I would get several small red dots on the head of my penis. They weren’t painful, they disappeared after a couple days and I haven’t had any trouble with it since. It’s possible you’re experiencing the same thing.
