Help with my routine
So have been doing this for a few weeks now and I have just been using the most standard PE routine:
Warm up > Manual Stretch > Dry Jelq > Cool down.
Is there anything I should change or should I continue with this ?
Ideally would like some girth first then more length.
Also I notice sometimes a red spot appears on my foreskin when I maybe go a little bit longer, am I not warming up enough?
The red spot will go within 1 day or so though.
