Help with my routine
Hey whats up, I’ve been doing PE on and off for about a year now. I am exactly average size according to the durex survey and I would obviously like to add a few inches. Haha.
So, right now my routine is this:
10 minute hot wrap
30 minute jelqing
10-20 minutes of stretching (all directions, jai, pendulum, etc.)
I haven’t really done any measurements so I’m not sure what I have gained, but I feel like I need to change things up. Any suggestions about how to change/improve my routine for maximum gains?
