Help with my routine

Hey whats up, I’ve been doing PE on and off for about a year now. I am exactly average size according to the durex survey and I would obviously like to add a few inches. Haha.

So, right now my routine is this:

10 minute hot wrap
30 minute jelqing
10-20 minutes of stretching (all directions, jai, pendulum, etc.)

I haven’t really done any measurements so I’m not sure what I have gained, but I feel like I need to change things up. Any suggestions about how to change/improve my routine for maximum gains?

How many rest days to you take? Try doing some very light ULI’s after plenty of heat and SOFTLY squeeze the glans for 5 seconds at a time.

Seriously, do it softly, I don’t want to be the one that damages your penis with my advice. Also do some edging on ULI days, it will keep you maximumly engorged.

Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

Depends on what you mean by “doing PE on and off”. Are missing days, weeks or more than month? My only suggestion would be to develop consistency before moving on to something else if your only going to remain inconsistent with the workouts.

Pretty much the past few months I have been doing 4 days on , 3 days off consistently

So is there anyone who can update my routine or refine it to make it better? If possible, describe my daily routine to me like I’m a 4 year old. Thanks.
