Help with my routine, Please
I’m new in this of PE and I want to ask you all for a little help in my routine since I’m skipping the steps of hot swap of the newbie routine.
My routine is as follow:
1) 5 set of 1 min BTC stretch (resting 10-15 sec. Between sets)
2) 20-30 min of dry jelq
3) 5 set of 1 min BTC stretch (resting 10-15 sec. Between sets)
4) 20 kegels (10 sec each)
I have been doing this routine for about 3 weeks (5 days on, 2 days off), and I want to know if I’m doing something wrong or it is everything OK with the routine.
