Hi, guys!

First of all, let me tell you that lately my erections are not very strong and when they are, they last for little time. Most of my morning erections are not strong, but my flaccid size increases during the day. I just do kegels (50 quickly, not of 5 sec each) in the Newbie´s Routine. One other thing is, that I do sex or masturbate (every day, depending of having company or not) in the day off, or 3 or 4 hours before or after doing jelq.

I just finished my 3th month of Newbie´s Routine. Until now I always had gains.

I´m thinking about to increase the exercices time to 7 min of stretches and 15 min of jelq, but I´m not sure if my erections are a good sign to do this exercices time.

What do you think?

First of, fabio, there is no need to spacing so much periods. 1 line between a group of sentences is enough :) .

About your PI, you are probably using too much intensity; more specifically, pulling too much when stretching can have a bad effect on EQ. So, take some days off, and restart with less force.

I find easier to read any text with space between sentences. Also, I think the idea turns clearer. But, I´ll avoid it! ;)

And what do you think about increase the time of the exercices?

You can increase time progressively, but don’t raise time and intensity at the same time. If your PI are getting worse, you are raising time and/or intensity too much, too early.
