Help with length gains
Hey I have been doing this program the last 2 months now
5 min warmup
15 stretch - 6 min normal stretch, 9 min inverted v -stretch
40 min jelq
5 min warm down
I have only gained 0.4” in girth and about nothing in length, or about 0.5” But that’s 1-2 months ago. How can I gain length? Should I focus more on stretch and less jelqs? Is it possible to gain with a much shorter PE program? Because I think it takes much of my time.
