Hey I have been doing this program the last 2 months now

5 min warmup
15 stretch - 6 min normal stretch, 9 min inverted v -stretch
40 min jelq
5 min warm down

I have only gained 0.4” in girth and about nothing in length, or about 0.5” But that’s 1-2 months ago. How can I gain length? Should I focus more on stretch and less jelqs? Is it possible to gain with a much shorter PE program? Because I think it takes much of my time.

You might want to cut the jelqs from 40 min. to about 15-20 min. at the most imo. This would help you as far as time goes. This might also be slowing gains down by over training.

As for your stretching, slowly increase the time and intensity of your stretches. Once your penis is used to intense stretching, try some more advanced techniques. Read about what other people do. And definitely use the search button. That will help you a lot.

Yeah perhaps this will work, increase the warm up time, stretching time, and fall back a bit on the jelq time. Use a lighter grip and jelq slower. Quality is better than quantity.

Not sure how many would agree, but .4” in girth and up to .5” in length is not a bad gain in a couple months. I know some guys seem to be gaining an inch a month but not everyone gains so much so quick. If the gains seem to stop, try taking a break and then coming back with an altered routine to exercise ligs and tunica differently.

Hey 0.5” isn’t nothing, that’s a lot!! If you think about it, that’s a lot of penis to be coming out of nowhere.
