Help with girth

Really want to gain some girth. I don’t want to pump or clamp, what would you all recommend? I have been been stretching and jelqing for about a year now. Gains for me are really hard to come by. Help please!

Add downward fulcrum stretches and change the kind of jelq (wet ->dry or the other way around).

Don’t write off pumping. That is how I gained girth. It is a very gentle exercise if you do it the way we pump here at thunders - Low Pressure. It works.

I agree with you on clamping, too many things can go wrong. Tried it a couple of times, destroyed my EQ.

Vacuum Pumping 101

Once I was conditioned, the routine I used was

3 sets of 10 minutes, at no more than 3HG pressure
Come out after each set and stroke to full erection, then go back into pump cylinder
After third set, come out and stroke for another 10 minutes, getting as hard as possible.

If you can’t get a hard erection between sets or afterwards, then you know you have overdone it and modify the pressure or time or both.

You should also see a general improvement in EQ.

Girth work requires more recovery time, so I only pumped 3 or 4 times a week.

If you’ve been doing manual exercises for a year without much girth progress, I’d start with more intermediate manual exercises like squeezes and flaccid bends and some fulcrum stretching to also target tunica. Because my girth gains came from a few stair step increments rather than continuous gains, I really think that bursts of micro-tears in tunica are what permitted me to gain girth. In my case, squeezes and flaccid bends helped a little but, more importantly, I think it helped prepare me for a more demanding routine of supra slammers (uli, erect jelq, erect squeeze, erect bends) that contributed to my gains. I vividly remember gaining 1/4” in girth with a heavy week of supra slammers and was literally concerned about how I explain that to my wife…

Pumping has done very little for me, most likely because I just don’t have the time to commit to it. It seems that there are plenty of gainers if you can work up to 3x20 minute sets or more, several days a week.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

I’m really struggling with girth too. can’t seem to gain at all. Got no girth round the base either . I am stuck at 5.125 inches . My helmet is the thickest part of my cock . Stuck .

I have tried Clamping a couple of times too and that’s not my thing either. Everytime it destroys my EQ and it takes long time for me to recover from it.

Pumping is much more fun and pleasurable
